Future Ancestor
I always jump to conclusions easily when standing in a check out line. They are vulnerable narrow places. At the foot of every cashier at Home Depot is a measuring stick. And I think crime must be rising at Home Depot if they need to know the height of every customer should a thief be amongst us. I start questioning the ethics of the people around me. I start thinking how society is crumbling. How you can’t trust anyone anymore. The measuring stick is ominous and violating. Then I realize it measures up to like 15 ft. What criminal is that enormous?! Then I realize the measuring stick is for lumber. (Taken with Instagram at Home Depot)
